1. Return Window

Customers can place a return request within 2 days of receiving the product.

2. When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns only in the following cases:

✔ Damaged Product Received
✔ Wrong Product Delivered

Returns will not be accepted in these cases:

✘ Product has been used
✘ Product is damaged due to customer handling
✘ Product is returned after 2 days
✘ “Used and returning” items will not be refunded

3. Condition for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in sealed condition
• Item must be unused
• All tags, packing, and accessories must be intact
• Unboxing video may be required as proof (recommended)

If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected.

4. Refund Method

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

✔ Refund will be issued via UPI
✔ Exchange option is also available (depending on stock)

Refund will not be provided for:

✘ Used products
✘ Products returned without seal
✘ Products damaged after delivery

5. Return Shipping Charges

• If the product received is wrong or damaged, Phrankay will cover the return shipping cost.
• In all other cases, return shipping is not free.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

✘ Used jewellery
✘ Opened or unsealed items
✘ Customized items (if applicable)
✘ Items without original packaging

7. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within:

⏳ 3–7 business days (UPI Refund)
